Tojay Terms and
Conditions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply. Understanding them will help you interpret all the rules that follow clearly.

By accessing the Tojay platform, creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use Tojay's services.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Tojay. They apply to all use of the Tojay website, mobile interface and any associated applications. They govern your account, your deposits and withdrawals, your participation in games and sports betting, and your eligibility for promotional offers.

In addition to these general Terms and Conditions, specific rules may apply to individual games, betting markets and promotional offers on Tojay. Those specific rules supplement but do not replace these general terms, and in the event of a conflict, the general terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promotional or game rules.

To register for and use Tojay's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Tojay strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes age verification seriously.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate, trust or group accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of Tojay.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from Tojay or have an existing account that was closed for violations of these terms.

If Tojay discovers that an account was registered by someone under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed. Any real funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the source payment method. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited. Tojay cooperates fully with responsible gambling organisations and regulatory bodies on underage gambling matters.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Tojay. If you already have a Tojay account, you must not register an additional one. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different device IDs or different payment methods — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances and pending bonuses being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide complete and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number. This information must match the details on your CNIC or other identity document. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these terms.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs on your Tojay account — including deposits, bets placed and withdrawals — is your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Tojay support immediately at support@tojay.biz.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration except through a formal verification request to Tojay support.

Tojay reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Accounts may be placed on a temporary hold pending verification. Players are expected to respond promptly to any verification requests — failure to do so within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension.

All deposits on Tojay are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Tojay does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.

Tojay accepts the following payment methods for deposits:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit to your Tojay balance
• JazzCash — instant deposit to your Tojay balance
• NayaPay — instant deposit to your Tojay balance
• SadaPay — instant deposit to your Tojay balance
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — credited upon confirmation, typically same business day
• Visa / Mastercard — instant deposit subject to card issuer approval

Tojay reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears to involve fraudulent payment activity or that originates from a blocked jurisdiction. In the event a deposit is reversed, any bets placed using those funds will also be voided and winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

Tojay processes withdrawal requests to your registered payment methods in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes during regular business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one business day. Tojay does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Only real funds (not bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your Tojay account details.
• Tojay may request identity or source of funds verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Tojay may apply an anti-money-laundering requirement that withdrawals be returned to the original deposit method before an alternative method is used.

Tojay reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request and close an account if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Tojay will retain all relevant evidence and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

Tojay regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion announcement as well as the general bonus rules below.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become available for withdrawal. The specific multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion. Unmet requirements at expiry result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses and similar first-deposit offers are available to new players only. One per person, one per household, one per IP address and one per payment method.
• Tojay reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through duplicate accounts or through abuse of promotional systems.
• Games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets and specific casino games may contribute at different percentages. Details are specified in individual promotion terms.

Tojay offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, and other sports, as well as casino games. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is confirmed when Tojay's system has accepted and recorded it. You will receive an on-screen confirmation. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Tojay reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in odds pricing has occurred. Players who intentionally exploit pricing errors will have their bets voided and their accounts reviewed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. Tojay does not guarantee that in-play odds will remain open throughout an event and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• For cricket events: if a match is abandoned without a result, match-level bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets already settled on specific events that occurred stand as settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Tojay reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general betting terms and are available within the relevant game or betting market on the Tojay platform.

Tojay is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any multiplayer game.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts, coordinating withdrawals across linked accounts or deliberately structuring bets to meet wagering requirements in a low-risk manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Use of bots or automated software — any use of software designed to automatically place bets, make decisions or otherwise interact with Tojay on your behalf is prohibited.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately using a game or system bug to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings generated through an identified bug will be voided.
• Arbitrage betting strategies — using Tojay markets in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner designed to exploit Tojay's odds rather than predict sporting outcomes.

Tojay's risk and security team monitors all activity on the platform. Players who are found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be permanently banned and will not be eligible for a new account on Tojay.

Tojay takes its responsibility to players' wellbeing seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. Tojay provides the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a cap on how much you can deposit in a day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders — receive a notification after you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion — request to have your account suspended for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

You may request the closure of your Tojay account at any time by contacting support at support@tojay.biz. Pending the closure, any real funds balance in your account will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and any verification requirements that have not yet been completed.

Tojay may close or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through Tojay's responsible gaming tools.
• Tojay's determination, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Tojay collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on Tojay, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points from Tojay's data practices as they relate to these Terms:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support.
• Tojay does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Tojay may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where required.
• All data is stored securely with encryption applied to sensitive information throughout transmission and storage.

Tojay provides its services on an "as available" basis. While Tojay works hard to maintain platform availability, uptime and accuracy, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Tojay will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the user's side or force majeure events outside Tojay's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or applicable game rules.
• Losses claimed to result from a player's misunderstanding of odds, game mechanics or bonus terms.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors that are outside Tojay's direct control.

Nothing in these terms limits Tojay's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Tojay's maximum liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in that month.

Tojay reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Tojay will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect player rights or obligations, Tojay may additionally notify registered players by email to the address on file.

Continued use of the Tojay platform after an updated version of these Terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available real funds balance.
